April 20th, 2:30 PM ET

Youth Speaks: Our Message to World Leaders on Earth Day 2021

Organized by Earth Uprising International and Earthday.org, this is a four hour summit led by international youth climate activists. The list of speakers is extensive and impressive. Names you may recognize are Greta Thunberg, Mitzi Jonelle, Maria Serra Olivella, and many more. There will be 8 sessions, including the opening and closing, that cover topics like protecting democracy, climate education, climate migration, transitioning to renewable energy, and the upcoming UN Climate Change Conference (COP26). April 20th, 7 PM ET

We Shall Breathe: National Earth Day Summit

Presented by Hip Hop Caucus and partners, this event will take an intersectional look at justice and climate. Topics like pollution, the pandemic, and police brutality will be presented through an environmental and racial justice framing. April 21st, 7 AM ET

Teach for the Planet: Global Education Summit

This summit is led by educators around the world to discuss how education and climate change are and can be interconnected. Topics include climate change pedagogy, the Education International Manifesto for Quality Climate Change Education, and panels with leaders in climate change education from Morocco, New Zealand, Brazil, Panama, Colombia, Canada, and more.
