Hola! Bonjour! Guten Tag!
Ready to become more fluent in a new language? Want to pick up the language you studied in high school again, or do better in a language class you’re taking now?
Ta da! We have Mango Languages, a language-learning software with over 70 world language courses and over 17 ESL courses, available free to all Durham Tech students, staff, and faculty.
Whether you want to watch Lengua de las mariposas in the original Spanish, dream of a trip to Paris, or need to communicate with neighbors or colleagues who speak a different language, Mango Languages can help you improve your language skills so you can do just that. In addition to language lessons, Mango also has translation tools and even films to explore.
Get started by selecting Mango Languages from our Library’s list of databases (M for Mango) or in the Mango link in our language research guides. Your username and password are the same as your Durham Tech Sakai or Self-Service login.
Once in Mango, you can create a profile to track your progress or you can use Mango as a guest.
If you sign up and create a profile, you will use your profile information to log in at this point.
Start using Mango by choosing the language you want to learn, and then you’re ready to begin:
